Soul CONFIDENCE

The Spark that Ignites The Playful Life

What Is Soul Confidence?

True confidence doesn’t come from doing more — it grows from deeply trusting who you already are

This is your invitation to remember.

When I talk about confidence, I’m not talking about polished exteriors, performance, or perfection.
I’m talking about a quiet, rooted kind of knowing — one that begins deep in your inner soil.

I call this Soul Confidence.

It’s the steady trust that allows you to listen inwardly, make choices aligned with your truth, and stand by them — even when they don’t make sense to anyone else.

It’s confidence that blooms from

Connection, not Comparison.

Redefining Confidence

Soul Confidence in Action

You build big confidence by tending to the small things.

It starts in everyday moments — choosing what to wear because it feels like you, taking a different path because it sparks curiosity, or eating what your body genuinely asks for instead of what a trend demands.

Each choice becomes a seed of trust.

You plant it, notice what grows, and learn from what doesn’t.

You build big confidence by starting small — and by trusting yourself with low-risk decisions.

A Personal Example

For me, one of the most tangible ways I’ve learned self-trust is through food.

Over the years, I’ve explored different ways of eating — high-protein, vegetarian, Mediterranean, pescatarian — not just because a book or someone on a podcast said so, but because I wanted to feel what worked for me.

I now trust myself most days, even on those days when my body just wants a maple donut with my coffee, or toasted bread with homemade jam and real butter. Other days, all I want is fried eggs and arugula. Still other days I just want beans and rice.

I can usually tell the difference between what my body needs and what my ego wants, but I’m also ok with letting my ego have a treat.

The point is: I experiment and then I check in with myself.

No judgment — just awareness of who I am on any given day.

When you stop judging yourself and start simply witnessing yourself, you free up energy for growth.

Confidence doesn’t come from fixing yourself — it comes from being present with yourself.

That’s where clarity begins to bloom.

“Acceptance takes less energy than judgment.

I’d rather use my energy to move forward than waste it zigzagging in self-criticism.”

—Brie McLean

How to Build Confidence

(From the Inside Out)

Start with small, everyday decisions. Notice how it feels when you follow your inner cues — the warmth, the ease, or even the relief.

Self-trust can feel wobbly at first — like trying to plant roots in new soil. That’s okay. Growth often starts as uncertainty.

Confidence isn’t born from knowing. It’s cultivated by experimenting, noticing how things land, and gently adjusting as you go.

SOUL Confidence

Grows from the Inside Out

Confidence that lasts doesn’t grow from doing it all “right.”
It grows from listening — from showing up for yourself again and again, even when it’s messy.

When you trust yourself with the small things, that trust expands.
It becomes your foundation — a vital part of your Soul Soil.
From there, everything else grows.
